1. Company Information
Kingwell Corp is a public adjusting firm licensed and regulated by the Florida Department of Financial Services (Florida Licensed Public Adjusting Firm), providing Public Adjuster (PA), Umpire, and Appraiser services for property insurance claims throughout Florida. Kingwell Corp is not a law firm, an insurance company, or a government agency.
2. Services Offered
Kingwell Corp provides: Public Adjuster (PA) Services — representing policyholders in preparation, presentation, and negotiation of insurance claims; Umpire Services — serving as a neutral umpire in the insurance appraisal process; and Appraiser Services — serving as a certified appraiser representing one party in the insurance appraisal process.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates an attorney-client relationship. Kingwell Corp is not a law firm. Our services are professional claims adjusting services, not legal advice.
4. Fees and Compensation
Public Adjuster services are typically provided on a contingency basis — a percentage of the insurance settlement recovered. The applicable percentage, scope of work and all other terms are disclosed in a written contract signed before any work begins. Umpire services are typically billed at an agreed flat fee or hourly rate, split equally between the two parties. Appraiser services may be billed on a contingency or fixed-fee basis. All fees are subject to Florida Statute §626.854.
5. No Guarantee of Results
Kingwell Corp makes no representation, warranty or guarantee regarding the outcome of any insurance claim, the approval of coverage, or the amount of any payment. Insurance carriers are independent entities and all coverage determinations rest with them and, where applicable, with an umpire or a court.
Results vary based on your policy terms, coverage limits, and the specific facts of each loss. Prior results do not guarantee or predict a similar outcome in any future claim.
Testimonials reflect the individual experience of specific clients and are not a guarantee, warranty or prediction of the outcome of any other claim. Names abbreviated at the client's request.
Any statistics published on this website (including claim volumes or years of experience) describe our firm’s historical activity and are not a representation that any particular claim will produce a similar result.
