Kingwell Corp is a licensed public adjusting firm operating in the State of Florida, certified to provide Public Adjuster (PA), Umpire, and Appraiser services for property insurance claims throughout Florida.
2. Services Offered
Kingwell Corp provides: Public Adjuster (PA) Services — representing policyholders in preparation, presentation, and negotiation of insurance claims; Umpire Services — serving as a neutral umpire in the insurance appraisal process; and Appraiser Services — serving as a certified appraiser representing one party in the insurance appraisal process.
3. No Attorney-Client Relationship
Nothing in these Terms creates an attorney-client relationship. Kingwell Corp is not a law firm. Our services are professional claims adjusting services, not legal advice.
4. Fees and Compensation
Public Adjuster services are typically provided on a contingency basis — a percentage of the insurance settlement recovered. No recovery means no fee. Umpire services are typically billed at an agreed flat fee or hourly rate, split equally between the two parties. Appraiser services may be billed on a contingency or fixed-fee basis. All fees are subject to Florida Statute §626.854.
